Kareena Kapoor has become a complete workaholic. At present she is shooting in Panchgani with Salman Khan for 'Main Aur Mrs Khanna'. Before this, she had just finished shooting for one of the most awaited film of the year - Sajid Nadiadwala's 'Kambakth Ishq' with Akshay Kumar. She is also working on Raju Hirani's 'Three Idiots' with Aamir Khan, and Illuminati Films' Agent Vinod. Though she had recently fallen ill but she continued shooting. Presently, she is doing double shifts to complete her movies. She has also changed her look to suit her various characters. Being a perfectionist she gets into the skin of her characters, according to her directors. So, she has no time for her boyfriend Saif Ali Khan. The latter is therefore joining her during her shoots.
