Egads, Naomi Watts, are you trying to give Octo-mom a run for her money?

The 40-year-old 21 Grams actress, who gave birth to son Samuel Kai in December, looked suspiciously pregnant while filming her latest movie in Studio City, California, yesterday.

Of course, given that the movie is titled Mother and Child and deals with the subject of motherhood, it's entirely possible that Watts was carrying a prosthetic baby bump under her blue dress. As Naomi so generously demonstrated earlier this week, her body is snapping back into form quite admirably.

Mother and Child, which co-stars Annette Bening, Kerry Washington and Carla Gallo, is slated for a December 2010 release.

Which should give us plenty of time to determine if Watts' bundle of joy-to-be is real, or the work of makeup wizards.
