The popular Track Twist in Love Aaj Kal, which tops the chart was originally meant for Singh is Kinng. Pritam, the music composer for Love Aaj Kal had hoped that the song would have been a part of Singh is Kinng. The rhythm of the song was made for Singh is Kinng, but the last minute decision to bring in Scoop Dogg, knocked the song off their soundtrack. And when Pritam made Imtiaz Ali listen to the song, he simply loved it.
As per the sources, there wasn’t any room for song when Snoop Dogg’s song was added and Vipul requested Pritam to keep this song track for his forthcoming films. However, after Sing is Kinng, Pritam was busy with Love Aaj Kal and that’s how it got into the movie. Incidently, the naagin bin was added in the song as it represented the Kal in the movie Love Aaj Kal.
