Shah Rukh Khan who began his career with theater and later with television is going to return to the small screen with his acting as well as doing voiceovers in his television production titled'Fauji 2'. This is to recall that the actor is revisiting the soap that was his small screen debut over two decades back. Now, he is appearing as the father of Abhimanyu Singh - the character he played in 'Fauji 2'. Shah Rukh is providing guidance to Abhimanyu. He is appearing without recourse to any gray hair though. The actor Jackie Shroff and Ayesha's son Jai was approached, but he has declined the offer. 'Fauji 2', slated for Colors in 2010, is being produced by SRK's Red Chillies Idiot Box Productions.
However, the casting is yet to be finalized. The refusal of Jai , son of actor Jackie Shroff has disturbed the casting of the movie though its creative team is looking for the right candidates to play the various roles. According to our information, the movie has no bar for fresh faces, and there is every likelihood of many of the cast from amongst them.
